my first exp:
wp1: can take all (ssa1 + ssa2) + regular affix1
wp2: can take left (ssa1 + ssa2) + regular affix2
good: very intuitive, cheaper than reaffix.
bad: high fee, 8s 3ssa (on main) takes like 1m, 4ssa 2m. good for sega mst recall
ugly: looks like locked 13* would never be able to sell.

IMO yes, it's working as intended.
because there still Step JA skill & ring available.

Nah, my mistake. I somehow thought you got all affixes in a big pool and had to choose them back to put them on their respective weapons, but the regular affixes are still tied to their original holder.

Yes, unlike first Blood, the new skill doesn't add a JA bonus to things that don't have a innate JA window (step normals, dive roll shoot, Katana counter,S-roll normals and probably other things).

Its a bit disappointing,i thought rangers would finally be on even ground with dive roll shoot getting the JA since we dont get a JA circle with the ring added.

Dive roll shot is not that important for Ranger.
To able immediately use Launcher PAs or SatCan & End.A without need preparation is already too great.
