That mod tool hasn't been updated in over 2 years. Ultrawide might work.

Ra zandia alternates between wind and lightning ticks, so every two tick can proc shock

it drops in all EP5 rematches, so Dragon Atrum rematch, as well as Loser and Apprentice 4/4 triggers (which are essentially rematches)
