If you're only after grinding rings, just go to the shop and see what the required materials are. Honestly I wouldn't worry too much about "are they useful" or not. You should already know which ones you absolutely want, if they're not enough just pick up any ring that your materials can get to 20.

Zulastar> quite frankly, it's either all of them or none. It's a situational bonus during alter ego but it's 9% and it has PP reduction. Maybe for a damage burst pet? Depending on your playstyle.

In game, you can preview it in the Shop or AC scratch menu; to do so, you need to be wearing a non-layer wear costume.

the in games AC scratch catalog, just make sure you were an old type outfit to see it properly

Assuming you are after a second Time Stone after getting the one from the +35 Val Title, the trigger for the Omega Loser rematch does have a chance to drop from the Omega Loser EQ.
