I don't understand S1:死中の志. Roughly translated to... death will or something? Could someone explain how this S1 works to me?

Wasn't it ..... same as Magatsu's ☆１２weapon effect or something?

Every 20s, took 5% Max HP damage, in exchange for 4% damage boost.

The description on swiki kinda match it (Inside " " ).
Magatsu : " 20秒毎に最大HPの5%ダメージ "　与ダメージ7%・PP回復速度10%上昇
SSA : " 20秒毎に最大HPの5%ダメージ " を負う代わりに威力が4%上昇する。

Yeah, it would be nice if it did, but I did find confirmation in the swiki that first of the month and Tuesday boosts don't apply during reward Boost Weeks:
ただし、上記の成功率アップ期間中はこのブースト効果は発生しない。

That's sweet, thanks. They also switch automatically if you leave them for a long time. I just went and made coffee and a sandwich to test it, and they had switched when I came back.

The Base Wear is ディバインベスト影[Ba] (Divine Vest Shadow [Ba]).
The Outer Wear is トレンチコートＭ[Ou](Trench Coat M [Ou]).
The Inner Wear (the visible choker) is 虎咆闘刃鎧[In] (Furor Aegis [In]) or one of its variants (the choker portion is always black, but the main part that shows the color is completely covered by the Base Wear).
The Hair looks like it is just the default Wave hairstyle.
The accessories I'm not 100% on; I think the hat might be ストローハット (Straw Hat), and the image is too small to really tell what the eyepatch(?) is.

Also, just an FYI, you can always check what people in the lobby are wearing by using the "Nearby Characters" option in the menu:
