It would depend entirely on if they're actual drops, or trial rewards. I actually just remembered that endless drops them too. I've never gotten one from Earth Destroyers or Endless though, so I don't know which they are.

I got a S4 as drop in the crystal of earth destroyers so I would say it's affected by RDR there.
All the S4 capsules of earth destroyers could be traded in a shop in November, it might be you can get them at a little more reasonnable price if you're looking.

The level 90 cap increase was in late December of 2018; this was preceded by the lv85 cap in May 2018 and the lv80 in March 2017, and I don't remember when we got lv75, but I think it was during Ep3. It is possible that we will get a higher cap, but there is no way of knowing when.

You can select Easy or Normal for that Quest.
You can probably get a good idea about playstyles from the Class Threads for both of those classes in the Guides sub-forum.
Sub for Etoile? None, as it cannot use a subclass.
To use it as a sub? From what I can see, it is a good substitute for Hunter sub. I've personally only used it as Ra/Et, and I like how it works; I plan on also trying it out with my Bow Br.

If you're referring to Episode 2 Chapter 5, then no, there is no easy-hard mode option available. Unfortunately I cannot give any other advice other than level up in order to make it easier and faster.

You can select Easy or Normal for that Quest.
