Assuming it's any better than what we have in the game, which is doubtful. But we'll see.

Leg/Hugging Nyau raises s-atk, r-atk, t-atk, elemental resist, s-resist, and max HP.
Heavenly Ring (rear) raises PP and t-resist.

and wow, the amount of PP in that halo must atleast be high to worth using without any atk stat
