PSO2 launcher problem

After 23/10 update, when i'm trying to run game launcher it'll just displaying "Checking: 4" and will just like that for about 10 minutes.
It appears that launcher will download some data over and over again, it'll never lets me press Game Start button.

Already use tweaker, but i only can just make it to login screen, my character won't appear and pso2.exe will stopped working when game trying to load lobby.
