I am trying to help a friend make a pso2 account.

We believe we are using all of the right characters but keep getting this error message.

I am using the Kotaku guide to make the account.

Just keep trying different things until it works, or until you find the error.

Looks like it says error with birth date format issue, I'm only reading the kanji. Perhaps is DD/MM instead of MM/DD or the other way around.
