Error 650

From reading other threads, I understand this is an error you get when playing on a different pc. Oddly enough, I'm still on the same pc I was when I made the account. The game asks me to enter the code they email me. I don't get the email, it's not even in spam folders. When I try to resend the email, I get another error 650, and it returns me to the login screen. I received a standard news letter from sega only hours ago. What is going on here?
