Problem with updating the game (Through PSO2 Tweaker)

Everytime I start up PSO2 tweaker it asks to update PSO2 so I updated it, and I keep getting this error.

ERROR - Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32 \00800bcb4e790060f5a47b85fbc2acd0' is denied.

Also when I update the story patch I get This error as well

ERROR - Access to the path 'C:\Program Files
(x86)\SEGA\PHANTASYSTARONLINE2\pso2_bin\data\win32 \149d179ad9751c5617f289768ce05baf' is denied.

This only happened after the tweaker update earlier today. I can start the game but now when I try to login all I get is "Server connection timed out." I have a feeling it has to do with these errors. Anyone got a clue?
