If it's any consolation, it took me a freaking year to get the 20 Rainbows needed for a Sigma... and I spent it on Ideal Duos. This is why they put the Rainbows in Exchange Shops nowadays.

If your rom adds forced overclocks or any of that sort, then it's a hardware issue relating to the clock speeds. Since lineageOS varies per rom and per device, you might have had an issue relating to that. PSO2es doesn't care about the android version, as long as it's 4.x or higher.

Hmm... I dunno... Since it only affected sound, maybe it's something related to the sound driver that lineageOS uses on it's Android 7 counterpart...
Maybe it's even specific to this device, I dunno...

If all else fails, just use an Android emulator on your PC, assuming that's up to the task. I use MEmu for most of my es-related stuff, even though my phone can handle it, just because it burns through my battery.

No worries there, fortunatelly.
I used to use BlueStacks, but I've been using my bq Aquaris E4.5 to play the game for months now, everything smooth. =)
This Motorola Photon is just a phone that my friend gave me, and since it has physical keyboard, I'm tempted to change from my bq to this Motorola...
I'm still unsure if I will though...

I think there was some player based table with drops, based on this table 12* weaponoids give rainbows more frequently, cant find it right now, but yes its good they make some other ways to acquire rainbows.
Don't have any Sigma weapons also, it was outdated fast, i only have 4-5 rainbow stones so far, well i was not focusing on them ( i.e. was using my normal decks without lots of released weaponoids) but anyway.

You mean today's update ? I guess it's new scratch, plus some quest campaign's, bumped is updated it.
btw Halloween Matoi is F frame.

-The introduction of Link skills, where chips can be linked with another chip to enable additional ability (so think of it as equipping more than 5 chips, but only 5 have their main abilities and stats, while the other 5 are to give additional bonuses)

-Eternal Tower - If you played PSZero, you know what to expect here. Basically a non-stop run through a dungeon with many floors. No final floor count was given but since the inspiration was clearly Zero, we may see 101 floors again.


As for 13* chips, now its starting to feel like pay to win. 2 Evolutions to go from chip level 50 > 70 > 90, and decreases your PA/Tech chip cost, on top of the requisite damage bonuses; seems pretty busted to me, especially if the equip cost isn't much higher from 12 * (this is supposition, I wouldn't know what the 13* chips would cost to equip).
