Slash Dominacio is still in Jewel Exchange, which is beneficial as capping Dominacio is now viable. Grinding Tower 3 is also a good way to net cash at the moment due to overlap with Dudu Week,which means you can sell off your Factor Receptor Units quicker.

I think you mean Thurst Dominacio (the dagger) and it still has an expiration of 3/1/18. Meaning you have 1 day to get it, unless they are feeling generous and are going to renew it after today, since it seems like they have a system going on, 3 new drops in the tower itself and 3 more that can be purchased by jewels. The event page on the es website makes no mention of Thrust Dominacio remaining available (http://pso2.jp/es/players/news/?id=4690).

What is the highest Drive you can have at the moment?

201 for sure, maybe 203 if there's Chapter 4-5 too. I'm out of Drive so I can't tell. This means that you can do 7 runs of Rappies without actively replenishing drive when they appear, and it needs 16h40m to replenish to max from 0.

It's a goooooooooooooooooood chip if you can manage to build a deck with lightning (Removes need of elemental setup due 6k raw attack)
Dominatio knuckles would get the most out of it.

the other recycle shop chips were alright without max ability, it's just that they had an unbelievably low base activation rate

she's an individual-attack-proc 150% chase hit with hp and pp regen. her proc rate looks like it starts at Small+ and caps at medium+, so while she hits hard it's not very often.
