Is 8* Facet Fiola still worth using?

Until something dethrones it or you have a better FF or Elder Rebellion setup, yes.

Heck, there's even arguments for it being the best of the lot due to its low equip cost.

I've onepassed using it, so I'd say yes. The top ranker who happens to be on my list is also using it in one or two of his loadouts.

Yes, if you have other 11*~12* chip, since it allows you to use higher combot hen the usual 12+12+11+More+10/11 PA, for higher multiplier.

I got enough for one more arion, should I spend the materials and +31 my TD, or get somethign else?

There are no extra reductions until +33. Make a second dagger of a different element or other weapon

EQ finally over. I only pulled like 6 material zero from rewards today, but managed to get a second arion dagger drop. I wonder how sega's going to adjust this, after seeing the top ranker having ~14.1m points.

Didn't get any dagger drop, instead got 2 of the 12* braver bow, and 3 of the Wand = =;
Traded them in for material zero, should have enough to make a +35 dagger.

Judging from their current trend, on the next EQ (which should be non-ranking), they'll swap out the Arion weapons for a different set, right?

If so, may just be good to farm those Material Zeros and save up for when T. Dags return to the Exchange Shop I suppose...

That's the general strategy going forward. Also, if it turns out they release an even bigger monster than Facet Folia, you can effectively switch to the new destructor when those become stocked.
