Probabely not, it gives 70 Light element, and give 30 CP when activated, it's damage boost at chip lv.1 is only about 40%, at max level, it'll probabely be 90 or 100% damaage boost.

Astral riser doesn't seem too bad, given that it's the strongest raw attack chip there is now. Also this week, while having the likely uncontested shittiest boss (because of ultrashock on all variants), the aarion weapons previously present (daggers, wand, launcher) are available this week, so it's time to either use those saved up material zeros, or save some more.
