The new Serafi chip's power scales based on how many chips you have in your collection.

I wonder just how many you need for it to compare to the usual go-to chips like Lisa and Marlu...

So results are in (for me). With a library of 360 chips exactly, Seraphy (non main slot) does 90% secondary hit damage. I get the feeling it's capped at a certain point, or if not you need a really, really high library count to make it definitely worthwhile. Even at 90% second hit, abi1　小 activation rate is worthless, so this is definitely an 'all or nothing' chip. For the time being I put Seraphy in my main slot so others can test their own damage (since it should vary based on the users library, not the friends).

Sizustar: How did you take those images earlier (with damage numbers visible)?Were they taken through screen recording and later sifted out? Pausing the battle doesn't pause the numbers disappearing, so I can't use such a method to get a picture of the secondary hit.

Edit: Just tested it while it was in main slot, it was still 90% despite the SP effect being 「ダメージ量アップ」, so I'm guessing it caps at 90% then. Hard to say if it's worth it given the requirement of 300 gold frags for a 中＋ chip. Better than Lisa at least if you max abi it.

Another edit: After looking at swiki and seeing the comments and comparing the damage numbers to my own, it seems like it may be a library/4% additional damage hit. Need other people to actually get one or test with a random one to find out for real though. I still haven't seen another seraphy in the free or friend list yet, so I can't test on my other characters.

If they're anything like the fast learner weapons, yes.

Tested the Seraphi chip and basically...it caps at 100% which means it's pretty bad. At max ability(read: almost impossible to obtain), it's a bit better than a max ability Lisa but given that most people won't get past abl 5 without excessive grinding and the reward is too low, I'd say it's a terrible chip in that respect.

Getting a maxed out Seraphi chip sounds more reasonable then getting a maxed out Lisa.

Especially if you can just buy the gold chip fragments from players who aren't interested in them.

How it works.

Weapon element Light 30 - Chip element light 30 = Attack stat get 23% more, so max is 250% element and 25% damage boost
