IMO I would go with this set up though.

Vol | Katori | FoNuel | Dark TMG Intensifier | SatAim

** Beware there is 3 active chip which consume a lot CP **

then use friend Saga should be able to at least 60-70% it on Hard.

Council of Six seem kinda worthless to me never see it effect once when I tried it from friend chip.
You can replace FoNuel with Council of Six for Bonus effect though but that not gonna increase any Dark element.

ps. My internet seem to die out after Magatsu end so I can't use all OP /cry

It's a slide action, and your set-up don't really give big boost.

Vol - 1.5x
Katori - Panic+ Attack Boost Big
FoNuel - Attack boost <Normal attack boost, the least, not large, or extra large>
Dark TMG Intensifier - HP recover at set time, TMG PA attack boost<Not large, or extra large>

Counsil of Six - Slide action - Attack boost GREATLY incrased, Event effect - Time boost 10 second+Rare chip up.

They don't give as big a boost, and the Dark TMG only boost the PA, not the normal attack.

Reaching dark, with the Dark Kuna, he should have over 200, which is enough.
Beside which, the main attack boost is the same in those.
Vol dragon, and Saga+Katori.

Dark TMG+FoNuel both only give normal attack boost, with one only effecting PA.
Dark Kuna give Large attack Boost, and Step speed increase, Legendary Ark, give the extremely large boost, along with 10 extra second, and rare chip drop rate up for the EQ, both of which is better then just regular boost.

Pretty sure all of the PA/tech booster chips are multipliers, not attack increases, as my damage output increases by over 10K per hit of Satellite Aim if it triggers while all of my other boosts are active.

Now with Saga I think you should constantly 1 pass it congratulation.

if you gonna use it only in ES don't need to upgrade it.
+0 or +10 give same stat. I'm lvl 63 on that character though might changing now that I'm reach 65 need to check this.

I'm not sure they gonna remove Dark DB next month or not so I think if you have spare AC scratch then get 1 for Chip collection is good to do.
(I have read that you can buy AC item in PC then recycle it in ES some where in this thread)
