    They're that annoying kind of chip that you need to farm 10 of for a decent activation rate.
    Drop rate is always so pathetic for those chips, that I really can't be bothered trying.

    Do the chips trigger on PA use or PA hit?

    If it's the latter, then a high ability level wouldn't be very important for weapons like dual blades or gunslash with mass multi-hitting PAs.

    The new ones trigger on PA (or tech, in that instance) activation. It doesn't matter if a pa hit 50 times, it only gets one activation chance (compare this to the old chips, where something like illusion rave or one point would easily activate the chips with ability 1 chips.

    Segami sure is fancy. It changes your element on the fly to match the target's weak element based off your highest element.

    What I'd like to know is, if you change targets quickly and the value is still "counting upwards", does it calculate damage based on the number it's currently at (ie. in mid-count)?

    Is something wrong with the English patch?

    Tweaker had patch status as not compatible for the past 2 weeks

    Sure most of stuff i remember out of memory but miss that english sometimes haha

    New special mission has.. giant rappies??
    Anyways, should I focus on the regular missions to get a bigger energy bar? It's starting to run dry after 2 missions now.

    As much as I like the Brilliant chips, I just know they're going to be re-released together in a single scratch like the other illustration chips eventually, so I'm holding off on trying for them until then.

    Yup. Focus on the story missions so that you get a larger stamina bar, and increased chip capacity - Not only will you be able to run more, you'll also be able to equip better chips.

    I'm exactly one point short of being able utilize certain loadouts involving a 12* chip, so I hope the point cap get increased eventually.

    I think they can accommodate that, but I do also believe they'll probably keep the max less than 108 to keep things somewhat balanced. Pretty sure they don't want people running 2x 12* + EXPA (which would cost a total of 80 up to this point) AND good multipliers all on the same person.
