The chips I used to off it in half a Kreisenschlag:

Missouri+Xeno-A+Hunewearl+Segami+Kreisenschlag EX, Friend can be any damage boost, best results with Love Phoenix or Matoi Brilliant. When we get the new content, I can turn that Hunewearl chip to something else, like a fire Gunslash booster; but all in all, this is pretty much a universal works against anything config.

As for Sieger EX, yeah, you have to use it against targets that don't move fast or at all. Otherwise you'll never be able to get an attack in.

The PA has tons of range and hits pretty much everything in front of you, so the only thing you really need to worry about it is the long, uncancelable animation.

Assuming 250 element is constant, B chips have a multiplier of 1.12(unlocked non-sp)
In short terms (1+1.8(Missouri, 2.0 if SP)+1.12(Brilliant) will give you a 3.92 multiplier.

If we are going with Racial damage, Boss Enemy 11* chips are 40%/50%(SP)
Hans is 45%/55%(SP), Samurai/Dragon Slayer/Revelle are 65%/75%(SP).

The multiplier would be ( 1+1.8 ) x (1+.50(Enemy Boss Chip)) = 4.20
So Racial chips are better than B chip if you already have Missouri no matter what.

Premium Set users will finally gain access to all My Shop features without needing a [My Shop Usage Ticket] or [Rappy Medal].
Non Premium Set users will still need a [My Shop Usage Ticket] or [Rappy Medal] to purchase items from Player shops."

I can't find no such thing as a MY SHOP inside es...

It's in PSO2 connect menu, between "Feed Mag" and "Receive Counter".
