Holy crap, these rates are bonkers. Pulled 24 times and got three golds. I don't think I've ever had pulls that bad before.

Rolled 55 times so far. All absolute trash except for one weaponoid I already have.

At least it's not like other games where you need several copies of the same thing to make it even worth using over more common ones.

The only case where that's really applicable in PSO2es is for the 11* PA/techs.

I just want a 12 star on this last account, but it looks like it won't happen in this lifetime.
Been trying for years already.

11 more rolls, got another Weaponoid I didn't want.
Switched to another account and now I'm getting 930 errors over and over again.

Rolled 33 more times. All rubbish. Nothing useful.
Almost no new chips.

Still having trouble logging in.
Finally got in. Rolled 11 times on a new character. Only 2-3 new (not useful) chips.
Even new characters barely get any new chips from scratch nowadays.
One character got 9 out of 11 Gold chips. No Weaponoids. Just a Lottie.

Total so far:
143 rolls, 2 Weaponoids. Maybe one EX that I already had.

As expected, I shouldn't have even bothered.

Well, finally got a 12* after rolling on 13 characters for who knows how long. It's the new anniversary chip.

There are 183 chips in the pool. 129 of them are 10*+, the other 54 are reds. Pulled all my medals (360 of them} across 4 alts, got 2 of the 12* Seraphy chips. Just like before, the ac scratch removes all the reds, and the first time costs 1000ac (half price).

The rates on 12* chips are definitely down, since it seemed a little too high last time, but they do feel better as a whole this time compared to every other scratch.

Worked hard to reach another 30 medals. Last try.
Got a Ringarda. WOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

I think I spent more medals last time and only got one 12 star.
So i guess that means the rates were higher, seeing as how I got none this time.

Total: 154 rolls. Two Weaponoids. One EX Vint Sieger.

Bonus! 6 more rolls. 4 reds, a Caterdran and a Caterdransa. Woohoo!
3 more rolls. Illusion EX, Judgment Hearts (already had it) and Satellite Aim 3.
Rolled another 11 times. All rubbish except a Vint Sieger, which I already had on that character.
3 more rolls. 2 reds, and a Gi Grants 3. 7 more rolls. All garbage.
11 more times. All rubbish. Another 8 more times. All rubbish.
7 more rolls. Got a Scarlet Leaf Princess Weaponoid chip.
Squeezed a few more medals, so I tried 3 more times. All rubbish.

Grand Total = 213 rolls. Zero 12 stars.

I'm sure the rate is low on purpose to get people to buy that discounted AC.
Well, I'm not falling for that.
I will just wait for next year, assuming human civilization doesn't end before then.

Back to Dark Souls 3 I go.
