I feel like I have the best luck getting the rare chips by spamming the medium difficulty quest.

Not to mention I consistently clear it in two runs, where as it takes five on average for the hard difficulty. Could realistically see myself doing a single run clear with a few more levels and/or better chips.

I'm using the one thing that will track it properly - a single slash, running on EM normal so I can easily distinguish the damage. I can clearly see that both proc at once but the damage output and hit count is equivalent to 1 extra hit when there should be 2.

I just tested with the lisa chips, while rare to occur, they do most definitely stack. I would've tested matoi more thoroughly, but I only have one in my friends list and it d id appear to stack in the same manner (also rare).

No, that's about right.
Because it had the lowest prize pool for the Rare chip.

RNG in this game is wierd at times. Some runs it feels like Io triggers every attack, others it won't trigger once. Unless there is a mechanic I'm not aware of going on here?

True, even the Risa chip or the Atk up chip with J-atk, sometime will activate with J-atk normal attack, other time won't unless you use a Tech/PA chip.

The level increase the activation rate.
But like the Xion chip, which is supposed to be Medium, doesn't seem to activate as often as the Ryoma or Klotho chip<Small>

No, that's about right.

And if you're in it to get the weapons, this is the way to go. If you're in it to make large sums of meseta... you're better off spamming VH requests.

Right now, the sword sells for about 5-6m. BUt in VH your chances of getting receptor slotted gear are much higher - all it takes is one 5 slotted gear (you will usually get this if you get one of the agrani units) and you've made more meseta than what one sword would have netted you. This is on top of all the 3 and 4s gear you'll find too.

Yeah.. yeah.. all that 3-4s soul gear. I'll be over here crying myself to sleep on my pile of 2s weapons VH keeps giving me. :c

That said, FangBang gave me a nice 5s weapon back when it was about. Much bigger problem is I have more rappy chips than I know what to do with.
