http://pso2es.swiki.jp/index.php?PA%...B8%80%E8%A6%A7 they seem to be compiling how individual PAs do against each of their higher rarity counterparts, but I guess they still got some trouble trying to deduce the actual base power modifiers for them all. some cases the 2nd grade of a PA does barely any more damage than the lowest grade version, meanwhile you have starling fall EX logged with a whopping 270% power over the 6-star version, where most EXes are like 190-210%

I guess the takeaway here is more about considering which grade of your PA of choice works best for your pallet; if you can equip better chips, sometimes you might be able to compensate for just using the 6* version of a PA

So many E-frame chips its out of control. This one doesn't even have a double frame so I won't bother scratching for it. Wish they would release different frames for a change.

At least the Quna chip being totally disposable means I don't have to waste medals not getting the stupid thing.

Quna-White Christmas is really just a slightly tweaked but easier to acquire Psychowand chip, although it takes even more work to make it good. Psychowand is a far better chip since it's got a base damage multiplier which you can boost with additional elements equipped. You can also further unlock it for dual element purposes. Quna chip... is a flat 30/35% increase per element equipped. Which means you top out at +150/+175%. And that's ONLY if you have 5 elements equipped.

That said, Quna-White Christmas isn't completely useless either. +25% light element link skill just means I can toss this onto my Ares Kaiser chip to make it a good one chip solution for light element, and meeting the extra requirement to raise light element cap. (Unfortunately, if you also have Psychowand, it also has a slightly better link skill too, for 30% light element. Quna just can't catch a break can she?)
