Mining Base Defense stuck?

Hello,
I've got a problem with both EQs.
Somehow, after I enter the campship, the UI vanishes and I can't move, and a friend told me that I got the cutscene symbol above my character. I've tried waiting, but there is no cutscene and I'm not able to move either.
Do I not meet any requirements or is that a bug? Hope someone can help me :l

Seems I indeed had an old version of the story patch (seems the file on the arks layer homepage is outdated?). Gotta wait for the next Defense EQ to see if it works now.
