Grinder Risk reductions?

So I have recently ran out of risk reductions, and I really don't want to waste my precious meseta. How can I get more?

4k fun gave me 28 grind risks, 14k gave me 36(iirc). Dat RNG man.

When I scratched 170k I got like 550, which made it like 2 grind risk reductions per 600 FUN or so. (and 15 shops... Tower Defense Cube Whoring = permanent shop if you're not premium)

They're quite common so I wouldn't worry about it too much.
