You will always spawn on where you've logged off.

However if you spawned in the lobby, you might spawn at a different block. As far as I know you can't set a spawn point to appear after each log in.

Nope.

If you log off in your room, you're automatically dropped into the lobby upon login.

The game saves your position in the lobby when you log off, because that is not as subjective to change as your own myroom. (e.g it could expire before you log in)
