Hi, as the title says my friend's having a problem with her PSO2 tweaker, I set it up mostly for her, the game started downloading but said it was finished at 5 GB, I told her to go into troubleshooting>check for missing/old files, after it completes checking, the tweaker stops responding. Anything she can do to fix this?
