Datamining pso2es

Well, i had some time and started datamining a bit pso2es, and managed to load it's models. So i went tried to download them all. And took some screenshots

Notes on that:

- Scaling is weird! the game readjusts it to the rel one...but lol huge micda.
- The weird coloured rappy is that huge king rappy thing.


Also, apparently sega has some sort of weird plans for es on windows/mac, because the patch server for those versions is up and working.

I'll probably go check on weapons next :3

Not yet, for now they're stuck on the unity editor at runtime, an i was mostly curious to see if the method i used to extract the chip icons would work on it. While i use data from the contents database to do the same there's a simpler to get that is pretty simple if you know what to do tho.

- Log pso2es communications to see what it downloads when patching (it uses http).
- Use Unity to download those asset bundles at game runtime like pso2es (or any Unity app that uses asset bundles) would do.
- Note that it's somewhat dangerous, as all http requests should be logged by Sega and they could always compare ip's and ban you. (Edit: wait is this it even considered reverse engineering or against their tos? you're just downloading some random public files)

Yeah now that you mention it i think i saw it on a trailer, the stats are apparently on the client so i'll be looking for them next. Having them wikified before they're released should be useful.

Shouldn't just download from the jp itunes store work? (without vpn)

I haven't dealt much with the ios version because ios limitations to replace the translation file.

Yeah never mind i succeded i needed to change my account country and add a japanese adresse then connect with my device to the app store then check the account and update information again then reboot my device and then i was able to download it..

but then i had an other problem it said that i didn't have a gyroscope on my Iphone3GS then i used a tutorial on youtube to bypass it.

Then i was able to install it..

Once installed it said that now i don't have a data plan.. ??
I though it would work with my wifi network on my iphone but apparently not.. \


( i Played long enoufg that i don't need translations.. ) it's just to got get Soul Receptors to make money...
