Delete or Relocate SEGA folder from Documents?

I have Windows 7/8 and I have this annoying problem where my character creation files, screenshots, and other settings are saved in the documents folder for PSO2. I have an SSD, and I usually only use the documents folder for quick access to files and documents I regularly access.

It feels a bit cluttered, is there any way to relocate where SEGA saves these files?
I don't want to change any other settings on my computer, I just want to know if there is any way to redirect this folder and stop it from saving into My Documents?

If you have any suggestions, or something I overlooked, please let me know.

There are a few ways, but redirecting the folder is probably the easiest way. Just google "redirecting folder" + "windows" or something.
