PSO2 Tweaker Game Updates Problem

First of all the game and the work done by AIDA and co are perfect, the game works perfect ,the translations and everything BUT (there is a but) the game updates. What I mean is every time there is an update from sega (approx. evert 2 weeks) I get promped from tweaker to download updates, pushing yes, then it checks the files and thenstarts downloading updates. The thing is it downloads every update like the game was fresh installed so I download 4gb every time what to do???

Do you have Story Patch installed? If so, do you let it make a backup?

Thanks for quick reply. Yes I always make a backup of the story patch, but the problem is with the game updates not the translation patches. I also have the latest tweaker version 2.7.1.8.
