Elemental burst is really strong for what it does and has a high SE proc rate though... Having it trigger constantly while doing PAs sounds amazing.

I know that, but like, without the 14*, I wouldn't be taking Burst at all, personally. It's like, bottom tier priority. Is it strong at 400% power?

Elemental Burst in itself is weak (about 15-20k on non-weakpoint for needing an element charge is bleh) but the simple fact it applies to every PA makes the potential strong, much like DS weapon action being weak in itself, but DS kamaitachi ring being broken just because it generates whirwlind all the time without messing with gear. That pot is as good as a straight % bonus given how often you use PAs with boots anyway

The only reason it's bad is because you can't really spam it between other attacks unless you're spamming techs, but why would you be spamming techs as a Bo. Being able to have it trigger on PAs, presumably without it restting your element would be great free damage.

It'd also be good for BoFi as it would proc status effects and trigger chase.

So it's potentially amazing for BoFi.

Gilles' Potential also provides a generic +8% damage boost. Also, Elemental Bursts cast by its Pot don't reset element.

So like, spamming Gran Wave could potentially become top tier dps since it's doing a boosted Elemental Burst every PA?
