I will assume that jupiter wins against atra for same element target in general,but how it fares when its not hitting the "correct" one while atra does (due to s4 shenanigans).
Is its raw power+pot good enough to bruteforce such situations or its just great for same element+break stance scenarios?

so I recently got a Gilles Weihen JB (which is my first 14*), but I have zero idea regarding JBs and I want to love it cause its a 14*. so my questions are:
1. is this JB good?
2. any updated skill tree or guide for JB BO?

I mean you have so little skills to choose from that you really can't go wrong in the skill tree. Most important thing with these specific boots is that you need to level Elemental Burst.

So! During the "short" time Fo(/Te) fell from grace with compound cooldown, introduction of Hr and EP5, I started to watch for some alternatives to play with my T-atk character. Played ice/lightning Fo/Fi for some time: it was pretty fun! Later I started for lulz to play Bo/Fi...which in the end is a huge crush (from an "RP" stand point it really fits well with my character).
Problem is the more I play this class combo the more I'm leaving aside JB for DB which are S-atk! Am fremium at heart, which not mean I'm greedy or anything but just that I like to make my way in the game with what is actually available for fremium/playing game as is (screw QOL stuff )
So no additional mag (rip DEX mag) but my fellow Tatk one.

Question:
Is it reasonable to go for DB considering what was described above? I don't especially feel like a weakling/burden in mpa . No special issues to make Dark Blast available in seasonals, buffed Mom eq for example, which for me is a sign I do decent damages. Did a final "test" soloing UQ nab yesterday and it was pretty ok (s rank, no death if it have any value =p ) before posting here. Am I wrong to think this way?
