I know one of my friends can't connect without proxy now where as they could before. However I couldn't connect without proxy and now I can.

I'm in Oregon and am still unable to connect normally (Comcast).
can't connect here from either connection i have access to (verizon fios, mass, and comcast business, mass)
Well. My desktop was able to connect last night. Now it's not. My phone has full access to site. But wifi is comcast business, mobile is tmobile. Neither of which are supposed to work. So I don't know.

Make sure you try to connect to pso2.jp/players when testing if you're able to.
Sometimes, pso2.jp will load but you won't be able to go any further.
I did when I posted earlier. But now I can't connect on my desktop. My phone has full access. Idk.
