tbh, Sazan can be crafted to cost 8 pp , and you regain like 8 pp while charging , making your pp infinite , people forget that you can charge it lul
its not that good comparing to really powerful techs like ragrants, but its comfortable for casual/lazy gameplay

I have a question. You know the latents that boost PP recovery? Does that take into affect even when you are charging techs?
