Phobos Rod is very very strong, these damage is insane without element weak match.

EPD: Lvl 3 Pot

+25% same element conversion -> +25% same element conversion
+50% different element conversion -> +30% different element conversion

What this means is that at lvl 5 Element Conversion, both same and different element is at 75% conversion rate.

AKA: IT DID NOT CHANGE.

Also lvl 1 Element Conversion would be at 75% same and 65% different. Roughly a 4.3% damage loss on different element.

Wait so you can't even 1sp Element conversion with EPD / Arta. Sega didn't even try to give them a niche. RIP Grace Techs that've been wasted on those.

well Sega was sorta vague about it for awhile but at least we know the numbers were adjusted to keep them from getting stronger or losing power. They'll still perform the same way they did before balance update

True, but it should've been obvious if they boosted off element conversion while keeping atra/epds specials the same then off element damage for them would be higher than on element damage.

I hate myself not getting Shien when it was possible Am I better dusting off my Nemesis rod now?
Sorry if it's a stoopid question but am very bad juggling with numbers

Edit: After quick on/off ele dirty testing, seems am better to keep going with EPD for now.
