PSO2 Tweaker always "stopped working"

Guys, recently i reinstall my windows 7 from 32bit to 64bit, but due to many program crashed, i reinstall my 32bit back.
PSO2 tweaker was fine before i install the 64bit, but now its always "stopped working" everytime i open it.
i've tried to copy the file from another computer that run the tweaker fine, but it still "stopped working".
does anyone have a solution or an idea why its happening?
btw i already using directx11 and net.framework 4.5

run the Tweaker on Admin.

Redownload the tweaker from arks layer and see if that fixes the issue.
