Edit: I think there might be an issue. As far as I can tell, Toh'oh Soul boosts the transfer rate of Yamato Factor on the affixing simulator, but Yamato Factor doesn't boost the transfer rate of Toh'oh Soul like it should. It's showing me a 60% transfer rate for Toh'oh Soul x2, with or without Yamato Factor. The JP Wiki says that Yamato Factor makes it easier to transfer Toh'oh Soul, or at least that's my understanding of it.
