I have depression as well and i usually listen to cheerful and motivating song to improve my mood, all you need is a positive distraction. Find a good activity that you enjoy and sink your self in it.

Marijuana. No I'm not joking. Do some reading on how it interacts with your disorders. You'll be surprised.

I am worried about getting addicted to something. I have gotten addicted to other stuff over the past several years. I have been up and down lately. And once I get knocked down, it lasts for days. I was hoping the time at the partial program would help a lot longer.

I am sorry guys. I have not been doing so good. I keep getting depressed so often. And it is very hard to get better. I will be horribly sad for days at a time. Sometimes for weeks at a time.I'm sorry that I have been gone so long.
