PSO2 not loading, random processes crashing

I don't even know where to begin. I load up PSO2 via the tweaker and it goes through the gameguard update check thing. After that it cuts to the black loading screen. It stays there. It doesn't load anything. Not only that but I have to use Task Manager to close it. In addition my computer will sometimes say a process has stopped working. The process seems to always been random. (EX: Windows Core Extention, Touch Pad)

I have done everything to fix this. I installed the pre-patch, deleted the GG folder, checked for missing/old/deleted/empty files, analyzed for install issues, reinstalled the exes and run all my anti-virus. What the heck is going on and how do I fix it?

Edit: Nevermind, I checked for updates and its working again.
