I attempted to use the PSO2 error sticky thread but it couldn't resolve the issue . I also get the message

ERROR- an exception occurred during a WebClient request

I have already played the game before and used arks layer with no problem. Help pls & Thnx

Network related.
Go to the folder where you install pso2, delete 7za.exe and unrar.exe. Make sure they are gone before you start up tweaker
