Can't save anymore in PSP2:I (details inside)

Hey I'm playing PSP2:I on PPSSPP version 1.1.1 and am at level 49 and about to start chapter 9 of episode 1 story mode. The game played and saved perfectly fine up until level 41 and around chapter 7 and after that I got a message that I can not decipher.

I am unable to post links to the pictures I took due to my post count so PM if you'd like to see them.

I know that I did not save b/c when I go to load the game later on it still says I'm at level 41. I have been using save states to progress through the game until this issue is resolved.
Does anyone have any experience with this error or know how to get my game to save properly again?

My system specs are:
Windows 10 64 bit OS
256GB SSD and 1TB HDD (also a 1.5TB backup drive and a 3TB backup drive)
Nvidia 970GTX with 4GB RAM
Intel Core i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz
16GB RAM

I solved the problem. I had to go into Setting and select the Tools tab, then go into Savedata Manager and delete the SaveData but NOT the SaveStates for the game. Then I loaded up the SaveState and saved the game as per ususal.
