Aero, Synchro and Marron for bossing I guess, but what for mobbing ? Viola and Redran ? Viola or Jinga ? Is Popple any good ?

    Is Rappy still stinky ?
Popple is often your go-to for tight packs just because Popple Splode is a thing. Redran with Valentine parfait and right personality is an absolute killer for content with lots of scattered mobs and weak bosses (seasonals and TD type) but caveat is that everything resets if you switch to something else, and you're in big trouble if your redran dies. Viola stomp buff made it even better at mobbing so that's a great option for tankier stuff like UQ. Jinga is not incredible damage but its tankiness makes it a decent backup pet if your mobbing one somehow got trampled over.

Maybe others can chime in but I'd consider those your main mobbing tools as SU

Alright thanks, any idea what Parfait should I use for Viola ? Because for the moment it feels much weaker than my Jinga. :c (maybe I am not using it right tho)

Edit : Also can we get 13* Synchro anywere (except riding quest) ? Couldn't get my hands on one yet.

Dragon EQ Drops every 13* Pet Egg, Rappy being the most common apparently.
Alternatively just wait for Synchro Eggs to appear in a CF. That's how I got all my 8 Marons and 6 Melons

No idea how lucky are other people but getting super megaton parfaits seem far less of a hassle than getting the old version when it was first unveiled (challenge mode miles) plus both normal and super version can exist together on a pet so it works out nicely for boss focused pets imo

I have learned that the rappy pet DOES do something unique; it can heal-tank without needing to be recalled into resta range

A little test of how Rykros Staff work:

That's really not a huge selling point. Especially considering how PP intensive it is.

Coincidentally, I now have a Rykros Staff too. Time to see how strong this Takt truly is.
