    I actually kinda mean the other way around. Being able to dodge through the pet damage normally is still pretty crazy.

    Taking the damage doesn't bother me much since I can just resta and the most important part is that I don't have to worry about getting grazed by something and staggered out of charged PAs.

    stick it to an enemy and use a PA on them to detonate it. detonation is a 3 hit(?) AoE attack, It only counts the moment the attack is registered so you can do weird stuff like Redran Laser > Redran Mine and it'll still go boom most of the time.

    ah ok, i kept thinking it acted like Vol Graptor this whole time, I would combo Redran Mine+the Orb atttack and set it off everytime but i kept wondering why my dmg wasnt like collected or something. thanks!

    also I've taken a liking to Viola but is she just too slow in general to even bother using? even with the right Candy setup? what exactly is bad with Viola?

    Viola is good against enemies that don't move much but put out too much pressure, or still move too much, to reliably use Torim or Aero for (deus hunas/angelus for example). Also the aggro drawing personality is good for soloing big groups without getting knocked around.

    It's also good for doing other things while you attack. The PA animations are so long that you have time to dodge or cast a quick tech. Its also got pretty good PP efficiency for the same reason. Boosted viola's dps isn't much higher than its regular dps but you do a lot more damage per pp. Combine that with its recently buffed pp recovery on normal attacks, and it's very good for situations where you might be starting with low pp. Out of viola change it has higher pp recovery on its second and 3rd auto attacks than cery with the pp recovery personality.

    Another neat thing it has is that change and non-change versions of viola pulsar stack, making them good openers.

    The biggest problem with Viola imo is that its potentially best mobbing PA, Viola Slicer, doesn't cause it to turn to face its target , and the pet itself tends to try and land the center of its hit box on the target you attack, instead of the front, so it often ends up aiming it behind where you want to hit.

    I started using Synchro (on Rodos) and he seems to hit pretty good so what are some recommended combo's with him? what im doing doesnt seem right and I assume the more combo's the more the damage stacks? should i add bossing parfaits or a mix? or just not recommended for mobbing?
