I'm gonna laugh if the Su boss meta becomes 6 Melons with revival speed rolls.
EDIT: More realistically 5 Melons and a Torim or Maron depending on how easy it is to keep Maron alive after exploding.

I think Maron(Melon w.e) is good for EQs such as MBD where you could throw him into a group of mobs, and the other is good for boss EQs since you could throw it multiple times, but who knows... can't wait to try them out soon.

>tfw Pet's count as a player during Rodos in Coast.
Me and my wife kept getting hit by the water bomb and had no clue why.
She was Su at the time and I was FiRa.
NOW I KNOW.
Aside from the shield and explosion, Maron/Melon seem to have rather similar PAs to other pets.
They have a Wanda Break-esque melee AoE, a multi-hitting Sari Chaser-like projectile that sacrifices speed and power for a longer duration, and a targeted, multi-hit AoE that's basically the same as Na Grants.
I can't see myself using them for anything other then the explosion, personally, and the fact that they'll eventually blow up if they take so much as a single light hit seems to indicate they're not really meant for prolonged usage.
Well we dont really know the details so who knows how the naunces of those pets will work.
And this is before candy usage to improve their strengths or mitigate their weaknesses.
So, does anyone have any ideas where to find those two furballs?
