All of them except the 3 "normal" ones are anime faces to me. The one you're talking about is the one I would suggest for anyone who isn't actually trying to make a loli though.
Here for some reason the first face is translated as "baby faced"
while the potato face is not translated at all...
I'm not actually in game to look. Maybe I'm not thinking of the same face as you then.
