You misunderstood what I wrote. I meant "this outerwear may not mesh well with characters with wide hips, but then - which ones do?"
Though it still looks better than most because it's made from two parts that are meant to be seperate. So the upper jacket part being fitted to the torso, and the lower skirt part being much wider and yet loose is acceptable.
