Face is ok, though personally I'd use eyelashes that look lush/thick.
Body, well i'd more or less make hip wider than shoulder and leg length a bit longer than normal (though not that much)

That's how he is, it's just a lot harder to notice on male characters. I hope the waist slider helps with that a bit. :<

Use another face variant.
I don't really like traps but I think yours can have a bigger impact if you don't make his appearance like "HEY I HAVE A SAUSAGE BETWEEN MY LEGS BUT I'M A GRIL"...
You should go for something more subtile. Something that doesn't scream trap from the get-go. Maybe I can experiment a bit in the editor and post the results.

His face is actually really similar to Milla's (he's supposed to be her brother). I think it's just the lack of makeup, which there isn't much I can do about. I tried other faces and they didn't really look like what I was going for.

That might work. I'm not too fond of the blue lipstick but it's better than nothing.

Since this character's birth I still can't figure out what I want his main style to look like. Lately however, I think I've settled on this sort of "cyber mercenary" look.
