Here is the most recent one with all the text translated.
This file is not a recreation of the original it is still the original launcher with the resources edited as to not break anything.
Do not however replace your original launcher with it else the game will redownload the original, what I do is just place it in the folder along side the original so it still updates the game as usual and has no issues.
Do note that if you use the English patch this will try to update the game everytime just like the original launcher does.
