does the parser have to be on with the game ( sorry have not used it before ) or can I do extraction offline ??

I am not sure 100% what you are asking for, but I think you are asking if OverParse will allow you to review damage charts when PSO2 is closed. I don't think OverParse has an import function for old logs, but it does write human-readable logs that you can review at your leisure after PSO2 is closed or whenever. These logs also contain more details (like how much damage was done with each PA, and etc.) than is available through the UI.

You can technically extract it with a csv reader, someone made a google docs thing for it, but I don't recommend it personally

My Parser used to work, but recently keeps getting stopped/blocked/identified as a virus.

Any ideas? Is there a different one/newer version?
