Geneology of War took me 60 hours to play through.
The issue is that there's no real way to level up your character except through arena. But going to the arena every level with every character takes so long. And then, controlling all those characters at once takes forever.
The story is great, and I think the music is the best of the series. But damn it's hard to play through...still, I think you should give it a try. You can quit at any time, just make sure to save in a safe situation. And maybe look up a guide to find out where all the good weapons are.

Have you tried diet and exercise stuff? I don't get headaches now that I exercise every day and eat well, but if I sloth around too much it gets pretty bad. Eventually I realized that jogging through a headache made it way worse, and then completely alleviated it. I think the heavy bloodflow equalizes the pressure?
That worked for me, but headaches are complicated. The same issue can have hundreds of causes.
99% of these headaches consist on insomnia caused by stress and tension.
The other 20% is from starvin my dumb-ass cuz im not sleeping or too stresse
