changed the m layer file to all black, but it still seems to stay in red
i also noticed a few centimeters of the feet sunk into the floor?

weird... because that works for me...

about the model sunk a little in the floor, I guess SEGA did not properly position it because it only used in a cut scene

Does anyone know if the data for the weapon camo of Itsuki's weapon, Radiant, already exists in-game? Is it possible to swap out one of the Partizan camo's for it?

EDIT: Also, how exactly do you apply the mods?

what does that file contain?

also, i'd appreciate it if anyone can tell me which file contains Lorette Beldia Shadow / ロレットベルディア影 and Seal Marina female costume

Not quite sure what the .fltd file's role, but it is usually fits better if the original and swapping costumes have similar file structures.

All of the different color flavors for ットベルディア is using 7922b1fde9e4a09e566e1f95534913ef

But シールマリーナ are using different files, the original is 2604fcbfdea3ff94f9b77c1fbe0934ca (and I guess Cast is using this as well)

I mean, it's just file selection in the end. The easiest way is probably just making some subfolders in your pso2_bin/data/win32, moving the files there temporarily, and then moving them back after you finish the process.

So, I tried separating the files, and that did not work at all. It's still crashing for me... Man, all I want to do is replace ハンニャのおめん　赤 (Hannya Mask Red) with Persona's Mask, and maybe try a go at Double's costume.

I don't know what to tell you, really. If you separated the files that will assuredly crash it to a place other than a subfolder and sufficiently separated the files in general, it should be fine.

I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing wrong. Are you sure there aren't any other files that could make the deicer crash? I swear, I did everything as you said, yet it still crashes.

What outer and base do those replace? Been trying to figure it out.

The "horns" are apart of her hair, and the mask is probably in there as well. As for her fancy wings, I haven't found anything on those yet.
