your case sound like you swapped the one for player use, there should be another one for npc
same rule applies to accessories/wigs as well

Can someone help me out?

I would like to copy/paste the belly tattoo from 赤原礼装ｖｅｒ．クロ (Akahara Reisou ver. Kuro, b7d0b3036e86a22443581cac089d218d) costume to the black and white dewman tattoo's.

The original one looks good, but it looks bad after the copy/paste even if i cut out more from the costume.

Does anyone know if it's easy to change, let's say, the color of a weapon or something? I remember someone posting about a Red Orbit mod a while back (was there a download link for that?) and I really wanted to know if there's a tutorial laying around for recoloring.

No, you can do it. You just have to understand how.


The green channel of the outfit's specular is the inverse of the alpha for it, essentially. Since the game uses the green layer to decide how stuff is blended with the skin, this is where information about the "alpha" is stored. If you were to invert this and use it as the alpha layer of the of the diffuse, you could simple copy and paste the symbol from the diffuse with its newly gained opacity areas. The channel in question for this example can be seen below:

I should look at the mod site eventually and upload stuff there.

Anyway, i didn't post it here but last week i updated the mod manager so it handles updates.

Edit: New update



- Now you can browse the mod database from the app and install mods from it
- Basic support for local mods.
- Fixed an error when uninstalling a mod the ui would get stuck with disabled buttons


I think i should make a post to separate the modding from the mod manager, but i'm kinda waiting for the advanced mod formats and guides to be finished.
